Mother Stabs Crying 3-Month-Old Baby With Kitchen Knife: Woodbridge, Virginia

Authorities in Virginia say a woman stabbed her baby multiple 

times when the 3-month-old wouldn’t stop crying, causing the baby 

girl to be admitted into a hospital

Leah Arrington, 35, is currently being held without bond on a 

charge of aggravated assault for maliciously wounding her daughter.

The incident occurred on  Saturday in the afternoon in a Wood-  bridge, Virginia

 home while the baby was with her mother and relatives.

According to witnesses, Arrington stabbed the baby in the lower

 body because she wouldn’t stop crying. The baby was taken to a 

local hospital and treated for non-life threatening injuries.
